CHRISTINA BRYER

Has been working s an artist and designer since 1980. Her background is in jewellery design, and in 1981, she left for London o study ceramics. There, she encountered Penrose’s geometric aperiodic tiling and began incorporating these geometric principles into her porcelain plates. The same patterns are found in unicellular organisms and in a cross section of a starnd of DNA – the geometry of life. Christina works mainly in high-fired stoneware and porcelain.
